A gentleman called our office from California hoping to install a railing at his mother's house in West Mifflin. He couldn't be there for the estimate, installation, or any other point during the process, but wanted his mom to have a quality product and service. He wanted to be in charge of the financial portion of the job, but wished for his mom to pick out the product.
Solution
We set up a free estimate at the home in West Mifflin. George, our salesman, met the mother and introduced her to all of the railing options we offer.
